Frog Hollow partners with Polar brand to offer you can easy and accurate way to continuously measure exercise intensity.
Working out with a Polar Heart Rate Monitor can help you maximize your workout by keeping you within your exercise training zones. Instructors check throughout your work out to make sure you are in the zone! For your safety: all participants must rent or own a Polar Heart Rate Monitor to be used during your cardio class.
